1 Training Coordinator (FT) Job in Coppell, TX
Vssi is Hiring a Training Coordinator (FT) Near Coppell, TX
Monday through Friday.
- Manage group and individual training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field.
- Support with our entire onboarding process for newly hired associates and act as a culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience
- Evaluate training curricula and/or recommends vendor programs to meet instructional goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with business partners to ensure all associates complete required training.
- Track completed training for all associates in the global Learning Management System GBU.
- Creates and manages training curriculums such as job aids, handbooks, computer tutorials, and reference works in the global Learning Management System GBU.
- Report training progress on various talent and performance indicators.
- Acts as an ambassador for promoting our in-house learning portal maintaining a communications calendar and promoting learning content and platforms.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in training practices and methods.
- Support associate engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate individual and group training events as needed.
- Maintain documentation, including training logs, sign-in sheets, and electronic signatures to verify training completion and ensure this information is logged into GBU.
- Provide weekly system report for access to our GB Talent portal.
- May lead, guide and train associates in a variety of topics supporting our learning objectives and goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Learning Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience desired in training role preferred.
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
- Ability to facilitate classroom training sessions including leading activities, break out rooms and other interactions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with data entry, MS Word, Excel, Microsoft 365, Oracle, Alchemy and other software/applications highly desired.
- Must be able to work flexible work schedules, when necessary with minimum advanced notice.
- Bilingual Preferred.
