- Assemble basic to complex instruments according to technical drawings, manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly.
- Follow established assembly procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in the final products.
- Conduct thorough testing of instruments to verify functionality and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot any defects or issues in the assembled instruments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly (preferred)
- Ability to work in demanding, fast paced environment
- Can work independently and in team environment to accomplish goals/objectives
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Works well as a productive member of a team.
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.
- Uses various instruments and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion.
- Reports any problems and alert appropriate staff.
- Must wear eye protection while on the production floor.
- Must abide by all site location safety policies and procedures.
