Ethos Group is looking for an outstanding, well-rounded candidate to join our team!
This would be a multi-faceted position involving nationwide client recruiting, front desk, and training class support. This role requires enthusiasm, initiative, and an exceptional work ethic. Strong administrative and communication skills are a must. The ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly is essential to succeed in this customer service-oriented role.
Responsibilities
1. Professionally and positively represent Ethos Group to internal and external stakeholders
2. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create a world-class experience
3. Source and identify outstanding candidates utilizing online resources, employee referrals, and networking
4. Conduct pre-screen interviews and coordinate interviews for other team members
5. Enter and update candidate records and a variety of other information in our applicant tracking system, Ethos Talent (ET)
6. Send training class invitations and manage/communicate all necessary information
7. Create quarterly and annual reports to track progress and results (or as needed)
8. Maintain recruiting documents and job descriptions
9. Assist with training classroom set-up and ordering of supplies
10. Occasionally host dealership clients and employees for in-office events/training (be present for questions/ help)
11. Excellent discretion with company information and communications
12. Train and have the assist to assist with occasional front desk phone coverage for lunches, breaks, and vacation/sick days
