Vruksham Talent Group is Hiring a Desktop Support Technician Near Madison, WI
Job Title: Senior Desktop Analyst
Location: 3099 East Washington Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin 53704.
Contract
Client requires Desktop Support staff to maintain a working knowledge of our internal computer system.
The technician will oversee repairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops, and other PC devices.
They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replace end of life cycle equipment.
The technician will be doing those tasks while maintaining inventory and properly disposing of outdated equipment by recycling those items per DOC policies.
The technician will also maintain and close work orders in the DOC ticketing system. The technician receives oversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure that policy, procedure, and methodology are being followed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
