Job Title : Home-Based Reservation Agent (Virtual)
Location : Remote / Home-Based
Key Responsibilities :
Reservation Management : Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, utilizing our booking systems and platforms.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations to enhance their travel experiences.
Sales Support : Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to clients to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about destination information, travel trends, and industry updates to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Documentation : Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of reservations, including confirming details, processing payments, and issuing tickets or vouchers.
Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and travel suppliers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Problem-Solving : Handle any booking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations and resolve challenges effectively.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience using reservation systems or booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote / home-based environment while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals.
