- Reservation Management: Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, utilizing our booking systems and platforms
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations to enhance their travel experiences
- Sales Support: Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to clients to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about destination information, travel trends, and industry updates to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of reservations, including confirming details, processing payments, and issuing tickets or vouchers
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and travel suppliers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Problem-Solving: Handle any booking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations and resolve challenges effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience using reservation systems or booking platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote/home-based environment while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create memorable experiences
