Reservation Management: Assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, utilizing our booking systems and platforms
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations to enhance their travel experiences
Sales Support: Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to clients to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about destination information, travel trends, and industry updates to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of reservations, including confirming details, processing payments, and issuing tickets or vouchers
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and travel suppliers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Problem-Solving: Handle any booking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations and resolve challenges effectively
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in computer skills and experience using reservation systems or booking platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote/home-based environment while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals
