Award winning, Dallas based, Wedding and Event Venues, Vouv Meeting and Event Space and Nuvo Room, owned by Culinary Art Catering, is growing our team and seeking a full time Event Services Manager. This position is primarily responsible for handling booked clients, detailing events, assisting the General Manager in tours, open houses, networking and acting as on-site event manager during scheduled events as needed.
This position is responsible for communicating with and assisting our booked clients through the completion and finalization of their events. Attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills are a must! Your duties include:
• Finalizing clients menus and rental selections
• Preparing banquet event orders
• Collecting scheduled payments
• Creating event timelines
• Maintaining client files
• Communicating client's selections with the production staff
• Day of representation at the event location (typically on weekends and evenings)
• Ensuring event is set up to clients specifications
• Instructing and supervising event staff
• Onsite contact for client and venue during the event
• Post event follow up with the client
This position will also assist the General Manager with preparing proposals and following up with potential and booked clients as required. This is a full time position.
