With 22 locations across 9 states, we're looking for unique individuals who thrive in a fast-paced growth environment and share our love for out-of-this-world doughnuts.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build the brand's presence while delivering the iconic doughnut experience that Voodoo Doughnut is known for. You will lead the charge in recruiting, training, and developing doughnuteers, establishing meaningful connections in the community we serve, and positioning Voodoo Doughnut as a premier destination for doughnut lovers.

With autonomy to make strategic decisions, you will bring your personal brand of enthusiasm and creativity to the team. You will have a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations, love to have fun, and most importantly cultivating a one-of-a-kind experience for our team and guests!

What You Do:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of doughnuteers
• Foster an incredible work environment, providing coaching and mentorship
• Motivate and inspire the performance of your team
• Lead all aspects of store operations
• Control inventory and purchases for your location
• Utilize operational tools to create and serve exceptional doughnuts
• Implement innovative strategies to improve the overall performance of your store

Who You Are:

• 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the food or hospitality industry
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions quickly and decisively
