Position: Maintenance Worker I The Maintenance Worker I is responsible for cleaning of the building and grounds and some minor repairs. Wales Avenue Residence provides safe and supportive housing to two vulnerable populations: chronically homeless adults who struggle with a serious mental illness and/or substance use issues, and young adults who suffer from a mental illness and lack a support system, have one or more behavioral health disorders, or have recently aged out of foster care and are at risk of being homeless.
