Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Daily inspections of all equipment operations, adjusting or repairing where necessary.
• Performs inspection of all heating equipment boiler, fire and water sides, pumps, heating units during the summer month.
• Help grounds keeper with snow removal and mowing of grass as needed.
• Sheet rock, taping, plastering, repairing, and painting of walls. Tile work and grouting of walls and floors, wallpapering.
• Assists in snaking out sewer lines, upkeep of all plumbing, toilets, sinks, water fountains, etc.
• Assist in upkeep of all electrical work and air conditioners.
• Wheelchair and other medical equipment maintenance as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in maintenance field

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
