JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately hiring for a Key Account Specialist in Rumsford, RI.

As a Key Account Specialist you will :

• Oversee 20-25 key customer accounts
• Work with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, engineering and production)
• Track customer orders; forecast delays
• Review customer contracts, net terms, and pricing

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience :

• 3-5 years of manufacturing customer service or account management experience
• Familiar with SAP or has worked with similar ERP system
• Strong communication skills to work between multiple departments
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Supply chain or production planning background a plus, not mandatory

Pay rate : $50,000 - $75,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
