Volaris Insurance Group is Hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working with computers.

Job Description:

You Are: Someone with a few years of call center/customer service/office support experience or someone with a lot of experience looking to make a career change. You enjoy working a flexible schedule in a team environment around a lot of great people. You need a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and you understand how to be the face/voice of a company.

What we are offering: This is a chance to get an opportunity as an independent contractor and see if you like the schedule, the people, the work and the company. If we both like what we see you can potentially come on board as an employee with our organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
  • Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
  • Document all client communication across several platforms
  • Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Associates Degree

  • Variable schedule includes hours between 10:00am-11:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
  • Open concept work environment

  • Role is remote (work from home)
