We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Finance Manager Sales and FP&A to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance through comprehensive analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with Sales teams to provide financial and strategic support
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making processes
• Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and reporting processes
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA, CFA, or MBA designation

Experience in the technology industry or a fast-growing company

Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
