We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial support of and partner with the Can Making and Can Fill manufacturing segments at Vobev. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial transparency, aligning manufacturing operations with commercial goals, and providing strategic insights to optimize financial performance.

Core Accountabilities:

• Provide transparency and drive alignment across manufacturing and commercial teams.
• Develop a singular message for drivers impacting results across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in the creation of product line strategies and their impact on the P&L.
• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for business improvements leading to higher revenue, increased efficiencies, or cost savings.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with a focus on result analysis.
• Drive actions to improve working capital metrics.
• Manage a team of 1 direct report, inspiring commitment to the organization's vision, values, and purpose.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Drive increased forecast accuracy for manufactured product lines.
• Manage the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis tools.
• Partner closely with business owners to build collaborative working relationships and influence superior results through data-driven insights.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding controls, asset management, and cash management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
