The Finance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, service contracts, and other program to new and used vehicle customers. This is not an accounting position.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for knowing, understanding, and following company policy and procedures.
* Sell financing, extended warranty, and other aftermarket products at a profit.
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory, and otherwise.
* Attend meetings as requested.
* Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
* Acquire licenses for selling insurance.
* Check all paperwork for accuracy i.e. correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
* Provide rate quotations.
* Collection of applicable monies.
* Ensure a timely turnaround of monies via contact with financial institutions.
* Ensure that all car deals are turned into the office each evening before leaving.
* Communicate with management concerning contract monies, outstanding deals, etc.
Here's what you'll need:
* Two or more years of experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or auto sales required
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
* Professional personal appearance
* Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
* Ability to sell a minimum quota according to the dealership standards.

* Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
* Well- versed in title laws and registration process
* Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/ written communication skills
* Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
