Overview:

Vivaldi is a luxury boutique on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. We specialize in evening wear, special events, and mother of the bride.

We are seeking a dynamic sales associate experienced in luxury womenswear (evening wear preferred)

The ideal candidate will have:

- ability to network and maintain relationships with industry professionals at runway shows, showrooms, etc.

Duties:

- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Utilize product knowledge and creativity to generate sales
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience

- Maintain superb follow up on special orders, alterations, promise dates, appointments, etc.

- Assist in miscellaneous tasks essential for the operations of the store

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in luxury womenswear sales (evening wear preferred)

- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Digital literacy and familiarity with technology platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
