Vivacity Tech is Hiring a Director of Sales Operations Near Paul, MN

The Director of Sales Operations is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing the sales process, driving operational excellence, and supporting the sales team to achieve company revenue and profitability goals. This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate effectively with various departments, lead initiatives to improve sales efficiency, and contribute to the overall business strategy. This hybrid role is located in St. Paul, MN.

Supervisory Duties

  • Hire, train and develop team members towards successful performance in their roles
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Create and monitor schedules and work times including approving and managing time cards 
  • Resolve employee issues and disputes

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to enhance internal productivity and customer experience, identifying and addressing gaps in current operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment and success of sales operations.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding, providing necessary tools and training to enable career progression and success.
  • Analyze territory and sales data to generate insights and support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate and conduct business reviews with high-touch clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with product and service teams to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by setting and working towards new operational goals in collaboration with various departments.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the sales operations function.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, train, and assist others.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite or similar software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
