WIZ is Hiring a Director, Post Sales Operations Near New York, NY

SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director, Post Sales Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations, driving efficiency, and maximizing performance across our operational functions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operations focusing on Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support and Technical Sales. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is key due to the diverse nature of this role.

The role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and be responsible for driving the day to day operational cadence and strategy.

We are focused on candidates located in the Eastern time zone.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of customer operations teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions to drive performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Procurement, IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Deal Desk, Order Management, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive operational strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Partner with the GTM Systems and Tools team focused on the implementation and utilization of operational systems and tools, ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized to support operational objectives
  • Partner with the GTM Analytics team to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive post sales and technical sales excellence along with building strategic plans, provide regular updates on performance and progress
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and recommend innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success in revenue operations or a related role, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals
  • Proficiency with operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce, Forecasting Management, Commission Management, Tableau
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

For candidates who receive an offer, the estimated pay range for this role is listed below and represents annual base salary range for non-commissionable roles or annual base salary on-target earnings ("OTE") for commissionable roles. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience and skills.
