SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director, Post Sales Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations, driving efficiency, and maximizing performance across our operational functions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operations focusing on Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, Support and Technical Sales. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is key due to the diverse nature of this role.
The role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and be responsible for driving the day to day operational cadence and strategy.
We are focused on candidates located in the Eastern time zone.

The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience and skills.
