Job Description:
The LPN 3rd Shift Full Time will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents in an assisted living and memory care facility. The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, compassionate, a team player, and loving. Memory care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions
- Communicating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
The LPN 3rd Shift Full Time will work the overnight shift (11p-7a) and must be available to work assigned weekends and holidays as needed.
