The Executive Director (ED) creates a positive environment and experience for all customers, including residents and their families, staff, and those who refer to us. The right ED will lead the team to develop a business that meets revenue goals and controls business expenses. They will enjoy an environment of engagement, curiosity, and accountability. Our new ED will inspire others to the company vision and institute a culture that embraces and reflects our core values.
Essential Duties:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Skilled nursing or Home Care.
- LPN/Registered Nurse
- Maintain Administrator license is required
- Knowledge of state regulations
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn additional software programs
