Cardinal Landing Memory Care is Hiring an Executive Director Near Bowling Green, KY

Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in the Bowling Green, KY area. The Executive Director (ED) creates a positive environment and experience for all customers, including residents and their families, staff, and those who refer to us. The proper ED will lead the team in developing a business that meets revenue goals and controls expenses. They will enjoy an environment of engagement, curiosity, and accountability. Our new ED will inspire others to the company vision and institute a culture that embraces and reflects our core values.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, Skilled Nursing, or Home Care.
  • LPN/Registered Nurse
  • Maintaining an Administrator license is required
  • Knowledge of state regulations
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn additional software programs
