Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly LPN to join our team on a full time basis for 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care and be compassionate towards our residents. Our facility provides a fun and loving environment for our residents, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to that atmosphere.

The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
