Currently, ViTalent is working with a health system in Oak Lawn, IL looking for Physical Therapists for 13-week contract with extension options.
Great pay! $54/hr ($2,160/wk) with direct deposit!
.PT Contract:- 13 weeks with extension options
- Multiple Starts Available
- 40 Guaranteed hours per week
- 8 hour shifts
- Day and Night shifts
Evaluates and executes appropriate treatment for patients within spectrum of care with emphasis on quality of care, continuity of services, and cost-effectiveness. Provides medically prescribed physical therapy and establishes a plan of care for patients.
Requirements:
2 years of Physical Therapy experience
BLS, APTA Certification
IL state license
