PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Responsibilities Include:
· Assessing patients in need of rehabilitation services
· Providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition and functional capabilities.
· Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals based on patients’ capacity and tolerance, under the direction of a physician.
· Setting realistic goals for patients
· Documenting and recording the patient’s condition and progress.
· Educating patients and their families in appropriate physical therapy methods
