We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of comprehensive eye care with exceptional customer service!

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday, day shifts with No Weekends and No Holidays!

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls from patients, and referring doctors and vendors.
  • Having face-to-face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information.
  • Updating data in an Electronic Health Record.
  • Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule.

Requirements

  • Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and computer knowledge
