Education/Certification/Registration/Licensure Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services related field or Marketing (Preferred)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in behavioral health (Preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience

Position Overview: As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts by collaborating closely with management to develop internal forms, guidebooks, training materials, training videos, marketing materials, and handling other administrative tasks. In addition to these responsibilities, you will actively engage in one-on-one marketing efforts with community partners and hospitals to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning and absorbing brand identity and services to understand target market, demographics and presentations.
2. Collaborate with management to develop internal forms, guidebooks, and training materials to support various departments within the organization.
3. Assist in creating engaging training videos to facilitate employee learning and development initiatives.
4. Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
5. Handle administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, such as maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
6. Participate in one-on-one marketing meetings with community partners and hospitals to build relationships and promote our products or services effectively.
7. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office Products, Adobe, and various web based platforms
• Experience with form creation and website content management
• Strong writing skills for creating engaging content
• Strong public speaking and engagement skills 
• Ability to produce professional consumer facing work
