The Opportunity

Grenova is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist responsible for events and digital marketing efforts to support the Commercial team. These duties include management of tradeshows and events, development and execution of digital marketing content to support events and build brand awareness, and assist with the development of marketing collateral and branding.

The Marketing Specialist will be highly organized, highly accountable, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects at one time. This individual will have the capacity to coordinate and align multiple stakeholders and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Do

• Event management
• Manage full spectrum of company exhibitions, conferences, and tradeshows
• Maintain master events schedule
• Create detailed documentation and provide comprehensive communication for all events
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venues for all levels of the process
• Support lead input and tracking in the CRM
• Evaluate and report on effectiveness of events
• Digital marketing execution
• Maintain company website and related content
• Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to support events and attract new customers
• Track marketing campaigns and lead contacts in the CRM
• Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing creative and content
• Evaluate and report on marketing metrics and effectiveness of campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing leader to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a company brand and image

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 4 years of prior experience in a marketing role
• Experience with event management, specifically tradeshows and conferences
• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns, Hubspot experience a plus
• Proficiency in digital content creation and social media management
• Ability to problem solve, multitask and lead through influence
• Highly accountable and able to manage multiples tasks in a dynamic environment
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, a creative thinker, and a team player
• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 15%)
