The Marketing Manager will be part of the Marketing team for Virgin Hotels Nashville and will report to our Director of Sales and Marketing. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the development of Virgin Hotels Nashville overall marketing plan for the Food & Beverage outlets to achieve revenue goals, drive awareness of the outlets.
It is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to poses the knowledge of hotel and restaurants & bars trends, proactively work together with key leaders to provide strategic direction and ensure achievement of Virgin Hotels Nashville short- and long-term goals.
This position will help lead marketing efforts in the achievement of operational, financial, and strategic goals while focusing on the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. With the support of the Home Office Team, the Marketing Manager will manage all culinary and beverage marketing campaigns, initiatives and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within the budget that the role will help create.
As the Marketing Manager you will oversee local marketing strategies on behalf of the hotel working closely with the Home Office Marketing Team (HOT) to achieve revenue goals and drive awareness of our dine, drink and entertainment concepts.
You’ll be part of a team building incredible and relevant content, marketing campaigns and promotions as well as a social footprint that will express Virgin Hotels’ essence and tone of voice that will engage visitors with insightful and thought-provoking content and help us turn fans, followers and readers into leads and customers.
You’ll manage the food and beverage social networks/review sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, etc.), as well as oversee engagement-driving content including email marketing campaigns, social media, events, reputation management and community outreach. You will collaborate with the HOT in content creation, public relations, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, strategic partnerships and general marketing efforts on behalf of the hotel.
