Vineyards Country Club is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Naples, FL
Vineyards Country Club is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to work in our clubhouse. This individual will be responsible for efficiently performing necessary maintenance and repair requests for our facilities within Vineyards Country Club.
Responsibilities :
- Perform repairs, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance for the clubhouse.
- Assist in maintaining and improving operating conditions for building systems.
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues that arise and follow up on unresolved items.
- Properly performs casual labor, such as lifting / moving heavy items as directed.
- Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
- Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work and maintains a safe work environment.
Requirements :
- Knowledge in HVAC, electrical / mechanical, plumbing, and construction. A / V experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, pull and push materials up to 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures.
- Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods, navigating the property / building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and evenings when necessary.
