We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team next season that starts in October 2024.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems in buildings and structures.
- Installs and repair water, gas, and other piping fixtures, such as bathtubs and toilets, and appliances, such as dishwashers and water heaters.
- Perform routine maintenance on the building's interior and exterior electrical.
- Maintain HVAC systems on appliances including vacuuming & cleaning.
- Test and inspect pool chemicals, and controls; vacuum and clean pools.
- Pressure washing, carpentry, and painting.
- Complete other appropriate assignments made by the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications and skills include:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of plumbing and be able to install, maintain, and repair standard plumbing fixtures, water lines, tankless water heaters, mini sump pumps, and other standard plumbing duties.
- Required knowledge of electrical and heating systems as well as associated repairs in residential and commercial structures
- Must be able to manage their time, be thorough, make decisions, and be customer/client-focused individuals.
- Proven experience as an electrician and plumber with a valid license to practice the profession.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak one-on-one and in small groups to employees and clients.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Open and edits existing documents. Navigate to the internet browser/s and perform the search. Select and move text, and print documents.
Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications are needed; pool certification is preferred but not necessary.
