POOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- MONTHLY BONUSES, COMMISSION, TIPS

WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON

Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida, with a good driving record

Must speak FLUENT English

• Hourly rate will be determined by level of experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Clean, service and chemically treat pools
• Maintain service records and complete tasks as scheduled utilizing pool service software application
• Review equipment and submit repair requests as needed
• Monitor and control individual inventory.
• Maintain profitable pool maintenance route by ensuring customer satisfaction, working efficiently and recommending equipment repairs and replacement as necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

• Must have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.

Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
