POOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - WILL TRAIN

POSITION SUMMARY:

Cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools of customers with weekly service contracts. Evaluate equipment and recommend repairs and filter replacements.

We will provide on-the -job training for the right candidate.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

This job requires high standards relating to the work performed and the image represented. Job success is determined by customer satisfaction, and good customer relations. Pool service technicians must be able to communicate politely, speak fluent English and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner. Must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, as long as it is safe. Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida with a clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

• Clean, service and chemically treat pools.
• Use pool app to note tasks and communicate with customers
• Monitor and control individual chemical inventory.
• Learn proper pool maintenance and equipment procedures
• Recommend repairs and filter replacements (commision provided)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

This position requires a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high heat and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and often. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. Must have a clean Florida Driver’s License and be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
