Vimeo's Growth Marketing team is looking for an Lead, Website Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical prowess, creative vision, and strategic thinking, capable of crafting a cohesive site experience that aligns with Vimeo's growth objectives. You'll work at the intersection of product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure Vimeo.com not only attracts but also delights and retains users across various segments. What you'll do: Strategic Site Vision & Leadership
Develop and articulate a clear vision for Vimeo.com that supports our growth targets and user experience goals
Prioritze website initiatives based on strategic impact, user needs, and business objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to bring the website vision to life, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, design, and engineering
Website Optimization
Evaluate the entire user journey on Vimeo.com, identifying and addressing friction points while seizing opportunities for innovation and improvement
Own the end-to-end responsibility for website changes, from ideation through implementation, working closely with design and engineering to execute enhancements
Implement and refine robust testing frameworks for website elements, from landing pages to CTAs, to drive continuous improvement in user experience and conversion rates
Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor site performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics, translating data into actionable insights
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on web metrics, test results, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align website strategies with broader campaign goals, optimizing for conversion upllft across traffic sources
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
7 years in web marketing or growth product management roles, preferably with SaaS experience
Expertise in UX/CRO, with a proven track record of leading significant website improvements and A/B testing initiatives
Advanced proficiency with analytics and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely)
Experience working with engineers on technical scoping and specifications
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to creating optimal online experiences
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and scenarios and provide workable solutions
Targeted Base Salary Range: $142,000.00 to $216,500.00 The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
