Village Tavern has been a local tradition since 1984. We are currently seeking an exceptional restaurant manager to join our FOH management team at our location by Hanes Mall.

We’re seeking individuals with previous management experience and a keen eye for detail.
FOH Management Role
As a member of our FOH management team, you play a pivotal role in leading team morale and driving our standards each shift. FOH Managers lead overall operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, culture, and quality goals. In addition to managing the FOH and ensuring customer satisfaction, this position includes back office administrative duties including, scheduling labor costs, POS systems, and the ability to understand P&L’s. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. By bringing professionalism and a positive outlook, you will contribute to our restaurant's continued growth and success, as well as the long-term prosperity of our dedicated employees.
Requirements
Preferred, but not required.
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
