- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, ensuring quality and variety of offerings
