```Duties```

- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, ensuring quality and variety of offerings
- Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance on customer service, food preparation, and overall performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment

- Strong background in the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
