Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage office supplies, mailroom and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
- Conduct proofreading and editing documents as needed
- Support office management in various tasks
- May cover the reception desk when required
- Manage CEOs concur expense reports
- Oversee special projects delegated by CEO
- Follow-up survey phone calls with discharged patient families
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, clerk, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in behavioral health duties is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
