Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and high-energy Marketing & Event Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join our team to work on exciting, digital and event opportunities! The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will identify business opportunities, build key customer relationships, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
This position is contract, part-time, and remote position; must be able to work remote / autonomously and may be required to attend client on-sites. Although the role is currently part-time, there is an opportunity to be full-time in the near future. Base pay commission structure.
Responsibilities
· Identify business opportunities
· Cold call and connect with opportunities
· Research and reply to RFPs with Viktor Kilo services
· Create decks and present client presentations
· Close new business meeting sales targets; renewal management
· Network with key parties for relationship building and partnerships
· Measure and track KPIs and metrics for sales process
· Meet and exceed financial goals
· Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
· Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
· Active lead for forecasting opportunity to revenue
· Work closely with the CEO and cultivate sales path and be key player for Viktor Kilo's growth
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
· 3 years' of sales or account management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Eager to learn new skills, systems, tools
· Be knowledgeable and intrinsic nature to be well-read on news and industry insights
· Excel in Microsoft Office/365 suite
· Positive, creative and natural go-getter
· Authentic and personable leader
· Be passionate about relationship building
· Be passionate and proud of Viktor Kilo team, services, and brand
· Experience with the major platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Zoom and Google
· Excellent verbal/communication, listening, and writing skills
· Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills a must
· Proficient and comfortable in Microsoft Office and Mac
