ViaSun is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Support Services to oversee the operations, growth, and execution activities within our Support Services divison. As Director of Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role will actively participate in strategic planning and collaborate closely with other leaders to align support service plans with overall organizational goals . Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team
• Establish goals, metrics, and processes to monitor progress towards strategic objectives
• Evaluate and guide performance to meet revenue and organizational goals
• Act as a key interface within the marketplace and participate in business development activities
• Integrates and coordinates BD, Pre-Con and Operations activities as a shared responsibility across the organization
• Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Oversee project performance to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements
• Monitor financial success and implement profit enhancement strategies
• Review and negotiate contracts and address issues as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or equivalent experience of 15 years
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Viewpoint, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, and MS Office programs
