As a Frontend Engineer at Via, you'll be responsible for building, shipping, and improving new and existing frontend tools. You'll play a crucial role in transforming complex technical processes into seamless, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams from design to release to enhance operational excellence for the Via team and for our end users.
What You'll Do:

• Architect, design, and develop new frontend tools with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with talented engineers to create visionary UI/UX products and ensure seamless feature integration
• Improve the user experience across Via's platform
• Refine and implement visually appealing, user-centric interfaces; build pixel perfect products
• Write robust, clean, and documented code, ensuring long-term quality and maintainability
• Research and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools

Who You Are:

• BS degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years of frontend development experience, with a with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong experience with JavaScript
• Experience with React, Redux
• Knowledge of design and UX
• Attention to detail with an analytical mindset and outstanding organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate with a geographically distributed team

Compensation and Benefits:

• Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
• Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
