Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user interfaces that enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate should be independent, proactive, and have deep expertise in modern frontend development stack. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has experience working at startups. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using modern technologies such as React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new featureS
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance of the application
• Continuously improve the user experience by implementing best practices in UI/UX design
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role by identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7 years of experience in software engineering including frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications
• 3 years of professional engineering experience in a startup or high-growth tech company, a plus
• Expertise in modern frontend development stack such as React, Redux, Angular
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working at startups or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
The base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Base salary may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and stock options may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
