Pizzeria Lola is a nationally-acclaimed and beloved restaurant serving the best artisan pizza in Minnesota. We are currently seeking a talented prep cook to join our already amazing team. At Pizzeria Lola we hold each other to high standards, promote living a balanced life, are playful and passionate about serving each other and our guests, and foster an environment where team members are encouraged to grow, both professionally and personally.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a scratch kitchen preferred
- Strong desire to learn and grow required
- An energetic team player
- Detail oriented and a passion for quality
- Knowledge and experience working with pizza dough a plus
- People that enjoy learning, practicing, and mastering their craft
- Flexible day and night shift availability; weekends a must
- Full time (30 hours per week) preferred, we have part time hours to offer as well
