Provide outstanding customer support for a high-volume call center. Versatrim is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to assist Customers with order placement, product inquiries, assist with complaints, and assist with resolving certain issues. We are looking for candidates that are high-energy, have the ability to multi-task, are professional, patient, and have a people-first attitude. Individuals who are open and willing to listen to our customers and assist where needed are urgently needed. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming customer calls regarding product, service questions and general client concerns.
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
· Update customer information accurately in the customer service database during and after each call.
· Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies and procedures.
· Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
· Data entry between phone calls. This department also handles the placement of orders that have been emailed or faxed
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and other operators
· Ability to use electronics/computer is required
· Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
· Order entry
· Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Has no problem learning new processes/positions to assist in other departments
Education and Experience:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High school diploma/GED required
· Call center experience (not required but is a plus)
