Customer Service and Picking and Packing
We are currently in search of an individual that is self-motivated, thrives in a small office team environment, and enjoys assisting customers. This person will wear multiple hats and each day may have shifting priorities.
Monday - Friday 9-5.
The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are:
* Answering in-bound phone calls. This involves: routing calls to the appropriate department, taking messages, and answering any miscellaneous questions the caller may have.
* Processing customer purchase orders
* Checking emails for customer inquiries, and either answering them when possible or routing them to the appropriate person
* Shipping customer orders using FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
* Receiving shipments
* Managing inventory
* Assisting with accounting functions and marketing
* Other duties as necessary
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an office environment, and working with customers is required
* Prior shipping experience, including FedEx or UPS is highly preferred
* Knowledgeable with MS Office
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* EXCEPTIONAL RELIABILITY
