Veridian Tech Solutions Inc is Hiring a Help Desk Technician Near West Fargo, ND
Position’s Contributions to Work Group
Provide backup support for desktops, and any hardware related issues. Excludes equipment purchases by the facility. Provide primary support for all locally hosted applications and other software as required. Ensure operational stability and reliability of the site infrastructure that supports the productivity tools and business systems of the business. Maintain security services through access control and security infrastructure management (Active Directory, SAP accounts, etc).
Typical Day
This person will serve as the face of IT for this facility. Candidate will be responsible for managing tickets on Service Now and providing support around the facility. Trouble shooting experience needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 4-6 years experience required
Technical Skills
Desktop support/troubleshooting experience
Windows operating system experience, Microsoft office suite experience preferred.
Nice to have: LAN/WAN experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
