Excellent Interpersonal skills, communication skills, negotiation skills and customer service skillsSelf-motivatedExcellent time management skillsEffectively reacts to management requirements in a timely manner Principal Responsibilities:Prospects for new clients by networking, advertising, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clientsLocates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunitiesConducts research to identify new markets and customer needsAttends industry functions, such as association events and conferences to establish new and maintain current relationships with clients for future businessDevelops rapport with new clients; builds key customer relationships and continues to grow business in the futureGrows and retains existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services offered to clientsDevelops a robust pipeline of transactionsProvides support that continually improves the customer relationshipCloses new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contractsProtects organization's value by keeping information confidentialScreens potential business deals by analyzing deal requirements and financialsIncreases sales opportunities and thereby maximizes revenue for the organizationWorks with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needsIdentifies opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales Personnel Supervisory Duties:Selects employees for hire and disciplines employeesProvides training, scheduling, assigning, coaching, counseling to employeesCommunicates job expectations and monitors progressAppraises and reviews job contributionsConducts annual compensation reviewsEnforces policies and procedures Customer Service Responsibilities:Maintains excellent customer service standardsCommunicates customer service standards to department personnelResolves customer complaints and provides conflict resolution to customersVisits customers to provide and maintain excellent customer relations Compensation:CommissionFull Time, Remote Position Velocity Vehicle Group is an equal opportunity employer.
