Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Handle order entry and coordinate pickups
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
- Strong skills in schedule management and coordination
- Familiarity with human resources practices
- Ability to develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in office management and organization
- Excellent calendar management skills
