Quik Pik / All Over Towing is a growing Towing, Recovery, and Emergency Roadside Assistance Company in North Phoenix who is currently operated by Vehicle Management Solutions. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join us in building our communications center team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers needing to request towing services or information about their vehicle. Maintaining a professional, positive manner when talking with customers over the phone or by email will be required. Our work environment is fast-paced and customer service oriented. At times you will need to handle customer complaints and be able to provide a solution that best fits the individual’s situation. Additional tasks could be assigned to you for processing internal company documents and information. You will need to be able to multi-task across multiple applications. Skills And QualificationsCustomer Service skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily. Strong keyboarding skills Ability to share work among a customer service team.
