Chief Purpose of this position:

The Department of Family Medicine and Population Health at Virginia Commonwealth University is currently recruiting for a BC/BE family physician to provide outpatient care at our Stony Point 9000 location. We are seeking a full-time clinician that will be involved in medical student teaching and could participate in departmental research programs. This position will come with a competitive salary and generous benefit package as well as the ability to earn clinical bonuses.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of outpatient primary care services to new and established patients in the community
• Serve on hospital or departmental committees when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for full staff privileges at VCU Health System
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Demonstrated experience working in, collaborating and fostering a diverse staff, residents and students through an engaged and emotionally safe approach
