We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed veterinary hospital manager to join our leadership team at VCA Knapp’s Corner in Grand Rapids, MI, and are eager to welcome a talented manager who possesses a passion for team development, financial management, and customer service. This role demands a leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who is motivated to develop strategies and promote a high level of care and growth within the hospital. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinary practice manager to be an integral part of establishing and growing our brand-new hospital like a practice owner! • The recruitment, interviewing, hiring, reviewing, coaching and counseling of associates.
• Establishment of work schedules and the ability to monitor daily flow of the hospital to ensure smooth operation and consistency.
• The ability to cultivate and foster a positive team culture within the practice.
• Positively represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
