Pay Range: $50/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $58/hr. (Above 50 miles) on W2

Join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Albany, NY, as a Registered Nurse (RN). We are seeking dedicated professionals to work both day and night shifts, providing 36 hours of guaranteed work per week. With a pay range of $50/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $58/hr. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in the progressive care unit.
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
• Respond effectively to changes in patient conditions and provide timely interventions.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in progressive care nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay Structure:

• $50/hr. (Below 50 miles) to $58/hr. (Above 50 miles) on W2, based on location.
